Currybeef burger recipe

Curry burger is made with different meats and vegatables. I have made them all and will be introducing them. The taste is just exotic and will be remembered for a long time, making it a household meal.


  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tps of ground cumin
  • 1/4 tps of ground coriander
  • 1/4 tps of tumeric
  • 1/8 tps of cinnimon(ground)
  • 1/8 tps of ground clove
  • 1/8 tps of chilli powder
  • 1/2 tps of salt or salt to taste
  • 1/4 tps of garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 large onion(peel and thinly slice)
  • 1 large tomato (thinly slice)
  • 6-8 slices of cucumber
  • 6 slices of cheese


Add all the ingredients (EXCEPT THE LAST FOUR), into a bowl. Mix well and set in the fridge for 2 hours.

Remove the mix from the fridge and make it into balls (6-8). Flatten each ball to form a pattie and set aside.

Place the burger patties on a non stick pan and grill on one side then the other side 2-3 minutes each.
Do the same if you're using an outdoor grill or bbq pit.

Add cheese, 1 slice each of tomato, onion,and cucumber. Eat it like that, on a bread, with fries, a serving of saute vegatables, or a combination of all.
