how to curry vegetables

This preparation is like no other, its a combination of vegetables, stir fried in a curry sauce, wonderful alone or with rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch brocolli(cut into floriets)
  • 1 red pepper(cut into inch strips)
  • 10 medium mushrooms(wash and cut into halves)
  • 1 pack sno peas
  • 1 large onion(peel and slice)
  • i potspoon oil
  • CURRY MIXTURE
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 4 clove garlic(slice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • salt to taste

 

 


Preperation:

  • add curry mixture into a bowl +1 cup water
  • heat oil in a pan (a wok is great)
  • add mixture stir for 3 minutes
  • add vegatables
  • stir rapidly for 5 minutes
  • remove from fire

serve hot
